Fuel Good Day on Sept. 15 was a success thanks to Co-op members and customers and team members. Together, we raised over $14,700 for local seniors groups in our communities! This year, to celebrate 10 years of fuelling good, Prairie North Co-op donated 10 cents from every litre of fuel, 5 cents from every pound of propane, 1 dollar from every Co-operative Coffee and Big Cool slush and 2 dollars from every extreme car wash sold. All the proceeds from the community BBQs were also donated, bringing Prairie North Co-op’s total donation to $12,000.

In addition to Prairie North Co-op’s donation, the local senior’s bake sales in Kelvington, Melfort, Naicam, St. Brieux and Spalding raised an additional $2,700 that went directly to those groups in each community.

Thank you for fueling up with us and helping us to support local groups and organizations through our annual Fuel Good Day event.
