On February 4 and 5, 2024 Prairie North Co-op team members were celebrated for making a difference in the lives of members, customers, and their fellow team members. Everyone employed by Prairie North Co-op was given an opportunity to attend the 2024 Brand Days. Bus transportation was provided to the Kerry Vickar Centre in Melfort where a continental breakfast greeted attendees. After picking up their new hoodie, the day opened for participants with welcome comments from Prairie North Co-op GM, Terry Tremblay. The day's speakers were Kavis Reed and Collin Pullar, hosts of the Bald Leadership Podcast, with their message of what it takes to be an effective team and team member. The lunch that was provided was an Al's Sausage buffet with fixings which included fried onions, chili, and sauerkraut. The afternoon workshop gave attendees an opportunity to think about and provide feedback on a series of questions about the ways in which they feel empowered to make a difference. One workshop attendee had this to say about the experience, "I am a student and thought that this was just a job and that what I did every day as a food store clerk didn't matter but I have learned this morning that what I do matters."

During breaks a PowerPoint presentation displayed member feedback that was gathered through a month long Facebook campaign/contest in which members were asked to share their "brand moment stories". Louisa Woolsey was selected by random draw for her nomination of Lucas from Naicam. Both received a $100 gift card.
